A poster I designed for an event this coming October. I helped set up the event with owner David Strecker. Here's the information:

Come out to Magic Comics & Hobbies in Slidell, LA for Halloween Comicfest. Just like Free Comic Book Day there will be FREE COMIC BOOKS for everyone (while supplies last) and the store will be having a 20% off sale for all purchases made.

Meet artist Joe Badon, Mark Rhodes, Kevin P. Johnson, Jessie W Craig, Michael Waggoner, John Holland and Chris Hayes will be on hand selling sketches, original art, comics, prints and whatever else they may have in their bags of tricks. (More artist may be added as the show get's closer)

Meet comic book writer Kurt Amacker

Wanted: Cosplayers and costumers to dress up for the event. A costume contest is possible if we can get enough participants.

If anyone want's to set up a table there is limited room available please let me know if you are interested and I will let you know if we can fit you in.
